Tehomet’s team has been strengthened with the appointment of Eero Kelder to technical sales.
Eero brings nearly 20 years of experience in sales and project management across both the Finnish and Estonian markets. His core strength lies in long-term customer relationship development — a sales approach built on trust, collaboration, and mutual understanding.
At Tehomet, Eero works in technical sales, supporting Mart Martin, who is responsible for Baltic sales. Eero is fluent in Finnish, Estonian, and English, and is based near the Kiiu factory in Estonia.
Outside of work, Eero enjoys sports, music, and continuous learning. He is also a father of three boys.
