Last year, Tehomet introduced a new, mobile ProWeld cobot welding station, which takes our production flexibility, efficiency and quality to a new level. The solution is designed to make welding smoother, more consistent and, above all, easier – without forgetting the workers.
At the heart of the ProWeld station is a modern UR20 collaborative robot, whose easy-to-use SmoothTool software makes planning and controlling the welding process effortless. The powerful liquid-cooled EWM Phoenix 355 pulse welding machine and a long 5-meter torch ensure that quality remains high even in demanding tasks.
The package includes everything you need for productive robotic welding – a large welding table, versatile fixtures, a Smart Shift torch holder and easy-to-use stands and guards. The system has a CE mark, a certificate of conformity and a clear Finnish user manual, so the solution is safe and reliable from the start.
